Retival is the task board, and the work is recorded where it is done. Steering Committee as a Service and Boardroom as a Service come with it.

What it does
- A contract formed in Retival is witnessed; an uploaded one is asserted, and the record says which.
- Scrum, kanban, waterfall or any mixture. The calendar is the one thing every process has.
- Nobody is asked to work differently, only to work on an instrumented board.
- A suggestion that changes the agreement becomes a change request to the other party.

What it never does
- Give legal advice. The check reads: these are completeness checks, not legal advice.
- Edit what was agreed.
