The Planning RoomSee what cannot fit while it is still a plan.
Every task is read against the milestone it serves, so a plan that cannot fit shows before you commit to it.
In this illustration, work packages 1, 2 and 3 fit before the milestone. Work package 4 extends beyond it, so the planner and approver are warned.

How it works,step by step.
The milestone arrives
The signed milestone opens for planning with its criteria and its range: week 12, 1,200 productive hours, a range of 10.91 to 15.00 weeks.
Step 1 / 4
What it does
- Each task traces back to its milestone and its criteria.
- The backlog is kept with the delivery.
- Dependencies are mapped, and starting early warns.
- When the plan is ready, the work moves to the board.
Who uses it
- The planner, a named person or the team itself
- The product owner
What it never does
- Change the delivery's method.
- Show rates or personal data to the planner.
- Send one person's figures when the team holds the planner's role. Notices go to the team.
