Each tier has its own rate, with no flat platform fee. The price is fixed when a delivery's baseline is signed, and changes only when both parties sign a change.

What you never pay for

Why it is priced this way
An instrument whose income rose with the outcome would be a party to the delivery, and a party to the delivery cannot also be the impartial instrument that measures it. Retival is priced against the delivery, never against a tool budget.
Who pays?
The supplier that delivers the work. Its client, and the buyer's people it invites, see it free.
What if the delivery runs late?
The price is fixed when the baseline is signed. It changes only when both parties sign a change, and never because the delivery runs late.
Is AI included?
AI is off by default. If you switch it on, it is billed on its own line, by use, never per seat.
