Learn the method.Let the record show the practice.
Three tracks connect competence, adoption and delivery evidence. Each says exactly what it attests — and what it does not.
For people
Assessed competence, developed through recorded practice.
- P1
Practitioner
Understand and apply the method. A supervised assessment; course attendance alone never qualifies.
- P2
Advanced Practitioner
Run deliveries from start to close on a recorded history. Attests the discipline of the record, not successful outcomes.
- P3
Master Practitioner
Build a sustained record, mentor others and design measurement for new kinds of delivery.
Personal competence does not certify the employer or guarantee a delivery outcome.
For organisations
Evidence that the method is used in everyday delivery.
- A1
Adopted
Certified people, deliveries registered at day zero and the platform in active use.
- A2
Embedded
The method extends beyond one pilot team and is part of the delivery process, with a human review.
- A3
Operating
The platform is the default way of running deliveries, sustained over time and reviewed.
Adoption attests capability and practice. Delivery outcomes are assessed separately.
For delivery records
Earned from results against the criteria agreed at day zero.
- D1
Recorded
A measured delivery rate over enough completed deliveries, with the evidence verified.
- D2
Established
A stronger rate across a longer period. Ratings update as deliveries close and can fall.
- D3
Sustained
A sustained, verified record. Valid for a stated period and suspended if the underlying rating falls below the D2 threshold.
D1 and D2 are ratings; D3 is a certification. A past record never guarantees the next delivery.
Evidence at every level.
Assessment, not attendance
Training is optional. Personal credentials require assessed competence and, at higher levels, recorded practice.
A record that cannot be rewritten
Delivery results are read against criteria locked at day zero. Too little evidence is shown as not yet computable.
Independent decisions
Certification decisions requiring judgement are separate from training and examination. A reviewer never reviews an organisation they advised.
