The steering day
The supplier's own agenda across its committees on one day: delivery A at week 5, MISSED and escalated; delivery B with a decision awaiting; a change request partly decided.

What it does
- One committee per delivery, with the role each person holds on that delivery.
- The meeting, its minutes and its decisions in one place.
- It works without AI: the agenda from the record, minutes written by a person, decisions entered in the room.

What it never does
- Show one buyer anything of another buyer's delivery.
- Let a notetaker record a decision. A person with the mandate confirms every entry.
- Record anyone without telling them first. Recording is off by default for each meeting.
